Harms Real Estate group currently owns 65 quality single family rental properties which we personally manage, we have over 17 years’ experience.  We typically have no vacancies, as we take pride in providing great service, having the best product at the best price.  Our large staff is constantly renovating new homes for sale or rent.  This keeps a large, reliable, quality staff to generally take care of problems the same day as they arise.   We believe that satisfied tenants are good tenants.
